Before joining Vincent Licensed Interior Design Inc., Luqman led high-performing sales teams across some of Canada's top automotive groups. His career journey spans from front-line customer service to senior sales management in the automotive industry and includes leadership roles in operations and finance at Scotiabank. Throughout these roles, Luqman was recognized for his strength in client relations, process development and team building.

In his role as VP of Business Development and Operations, Luqman is instrumental in bridging the worlds of sales and design. He applies his deep expertise in process improvement, revenue growth, and stakeholder engagement to support VLID’s mission of delivering thoughtful, functional, and inspiring spaces. His ability to anticipate client needs, lead with integrity, and streamline operations positions him as a key force in driving the firm’s growth and expanding its impact across the commercial design landscape.
